Jim continues to battle many fronts - he did some painting today - love how the knee brace looks all painted!

Then he had to extend the corner board, corner flashing and the side flashing before continuing to work up the wall on shingles.

He's going through lots of shingles so I got another batch painted this afternoon.

Then he moved up to work on more shingles around the window.  Since I was busy painting, Jim set up the ladder with shingles on it so he could reach in and get what he needed!

The window area is really taking shape.

After we got all the siding tools put away, it was time to get out all the drywall tools!  Jim first started on the other ceiling piece in the master bedroom.

Up in place and fastening it down...

Then it was on to the first wall piece in the bedroom.  Just like in the closet, these little pieces take just as much time as a full sheet with much less to show for all that work!

But finally a full piece is next...

It's up and the window is cut out...

This next piece was a bit time-consuming - it had the angle at the top, an outlet and the window to cut out.

Cutting out the window...

When you walk down the hall towards the bedrooms, you now see two walls!

Another tricky piece to fit - the angle piece at the top of the closet.

Fastening it in place...

A great start in the master bedroom!
