Jim continued working on the siding today in the back corner - he's making good progress.  In fact, he's going through the shingles quickly.  We had planned on painting more today but the weather forecast said there was a possibility of a pop-up shower in the afternoon.  It never happened but we had decided to wait until tomorrow.  Jim will just use up the shingles we have painted in the morning until I can get more painted.

Jim got the brick and block saw all set up with the blade for the tile.

Then he started cutting the tile that we will need to get started in the shop bathroom.

He laid out the pattern he wanted - it's going to look so good!  This is the first step on this project and another step towards a working bathroom!

After lunch, Jim wanted to continue work around the window.  The corner pieces are crucial and have to be both painted and primed before he puts them up to make sure there is a complete seal.  So he put up what we had done and got the next two pieces cut and primed.

We'll be able to start filling in these areas soon!

Jim took down one section of scaffolding from the main tower set-up that he doesn't need any longer.  He also set up another section of scaffolding in the back corner.

Back in the apartment, Jim cut the light box out from the piece we put up at the end of the day yesterday.

Then he finished putting in all the screws.

The next piece was the last ceiling piece in the second bedroom closet...

Then the first wall section in the closet...

Cutting the next piece...

Attaching it in place...

Marking the final piece on the wall section...

This is our first wall section that has drywall on both sides!  We vacuumed out the tracks and Jim made sure the electric was all set.  This section doesn't need to have insulation in between since it basically just acts as soundproofing and we don't need that for the closet!

Putting the last piece in place...

Moving over to the other side...

Next section in place...

And putting up the last section in this wall.
