Jim worked on assembling the cabinets this morning.  Face frame is clamped on...

Jim uses a jig to get the angle of the staple insertion just right...

Finished assembled cabinets!

Next he started assembling the door pieces...

This has to be done in specific steps but it's starting to look like a door!

In the afternoon, we transitioned to outside work.  This morning, Jim sent an email to the guy who did the metal shop concrete work to ask for a quote.  So hopefully he can come out soon.  But still lots of things to get ready.  Jim wanted the top of the concrete to be 10' from the ceiling so he too measurements for that.  He wants a 4" slab so he cut a block of wood to that measurement.  Then Jim made a jig so that I could use it to mark the line to where the concrete needs to be poured.

Marking the line on the posts as well...

You can see from the pictures that we need more gravel to bring the base to the right level so Jim headed to the pile to get more...

Dumping gravel...

Lots of hand work now to get things to the right level...

More handwork...

All done!  Plus, someone is supposed to come tomorrow morning to look at the scaffolding so Jim set it up again inside the pole barn for him to look at.  Jim is definitely ready to sit down after all that physical work!

High 58/Low 38 - wonderfully cool!
