5.16.2016

Jim's day started a bit too early today...he called as soon as he got up to get an approximate delivery window on our trim boards.  They said 25 minutes!  So he grabbed a quick cup of coffee and headed out.

The truck pulling in...

Our trim boards!  We'll unwrap them tomorrow and put them inside.

After the delivery, Jim came home to eat some breakfast.  While we didn't get any snow like I saw they did in spots in Ohio and around Buffalo, it was still very cold and windy.  Once he headed out to the property, he did inside work for the rest of the morning.

He made the next piece of drip edge...

Hung up the two lights he had made the adaptors for...

...and started unloading some of the flooring boxes.

After he came home for lunch, it was back up on the roof in the afternoon.

The next row of roof jewelry (aka snow guards) is hidden behind the roof jack.

Putting on the final row...

End-of-the-day shot...

High 54/Low 43 (with 30 mph wind gusts, the wind chill was around 40 most of the day!)
