Friday the 13th - Hope it wasn't a bad luck day for anyone!

After some really gorgeous days, I guess we were due for a little rain.  I'm always happy when Jim can get a little breather from the very physically-demanding roof work.

But he still managed to get lots done - to name just a few things he worked on:

  • moved the Pex manifolds over so that they won't interfere with building the staircase in the lower shop
  • did more electric work in the woodworking shop
  • did some more organizing in the downstairs shop - we're getting ready to start moving all the household boxes we brought out of storage out of the auto bay section and into a special area in the shop
  • Put together one set of the calipers and brake pads on the truck. He doesn't have all the equipment to change the brakes on the box trick but he's getting everything together so that the shop only has to switch things out
  • went and picked up another roll of copper and made arrangements for delivery of our trim board
  • went to the lumberyard and bought some wood to make a worktop using the new sawhorses
  • made the adapters for both new light fixtures
I stayed home and worked on fire school work that has been piling up.

Here's a few pictures....lights ready to be installed...

Lights sitting on new workbench!
