Hard to believe it's fall but it is my favorite season.  The leaves are just starting to turn here and the temperatures have definitely felt like fall.  We put flannel sheets on the beds for the first time this year, so I guess it's officially fall now.

Saturdays are short days because of church, plus the weather forecast was a bit iffy, so Jim worked on his computer this morning and then wanted to take care of some loose ends.

First, he brought the ladder up and caulked all around the attic access hole to get ready for painting... 

He decided to do one more round of sanding on the wall where we opened for the air conditioning work...

Then he put another coat of primer on...

He bought a new carburetor for the chipper, so he brought it out of the lean-to...

Gave it a good cleaning with the power washer...

Then brought it inside the auto bay to start working on it...

He finished out the day by doing some trimming before coming in to get ready for church.
