Mom had to go to the doctor this morning and we did a couple of pickups afterwards. It was a light rainy day, so an inside work day for Jim.
Jim had mounted the bottom window molding while we were gone, so we can call the kitchen tile project completely finished - and I love it!
Because the windows were shut from the weather and the fans were off, Jim decided it was the perfect day to tackle the wall repair after the air conditioning install. The first step was to sand the wall - a very messy job. Jim had bought a sanding attachment for the vacuum so it sucks up the dust as you sand. Jim said it made the sanding job a bit harder because the attachment really stuck to the wall, but it did a great job controlling that nasty drywall dust!
Once he got the sanding finished and cleaned up from that job, he decided to put a coat of primer on the area...
