Jim worked really hard in the stairwell again on the baffles.  He had to drill lots more holes and in areas that were high and hard to reach.  He was pretty beat by the time he stopped working on this project.  But he's happy with the way the ventilation path is going.

He got the side door trim put up today and also cut the door sill.  It's not fastened yet but it's all ready to go.  The wasps were crazy active today - it was hard to do anything outside for long.

Back in the apartment, Jim got the first piece of drywall on the front kitchen wall...

Then he cut the next piece of sloped ceiling drywall and got it up on the lift...

All in place and fastening it...

Putting the last piece up...

Scoring the angle so he can cut it off...

All done!

Taking apart the GFI outlet so we can start working on this front wall piece...

We got the next piece cut and marked and Jim is cutting out the initial hole for the receptacle box.

It's up in place and he's doing the final cut for the box...

Cutting out the window...

Working on fastening.  This piece was one of the hardest to fasten.  There were so many pancake screws used to build this wall section that it caused him lots of grief, even though he used his block and mallet trick.

But it came out looking amazing!
