Jim finished the last tiny row of flooring in front of the laundry room and then attached the new sill! Looks so nice!
We bought new down rods for the ceiling fan in both the living room and master bedroom when we were at Lowe's last night. Jim got it in place and it's the perfect position.
We like the living room fan so much that we are going to get another one just like it for the master bedroom. So the one that was originally going to go in there Jim put in the second bedroom and got it all wired up and working!
He's making good progress on the baseboard heaters in the bedrooms. Putting the tubing through the wall and in place.
He needs to get the entire run totally figured out between the two rooms so that he knows the exact position that he needs to drill through the floor. Luckily, there doesn't appear to be any issues with the position below (unlike in the bathroom).

Late in the afternoon, we started working on making our storage area in the metal shop. We are going to have furniture and lots of boxes that we aren't putting in the apartment that need a home. We cleared out some space and then Jim is moving some old bookshelves to use for storage.
These bookshelves have had many lives - they originally were in the kids' bedrooms from when they were very little. Some of the shelves aren't in the best shape but Jim has done some reinforcement along the way. However, they are perfect for stashing boxes and miscellaneous for storage. We'll be able to start bringing over a few boxes a day from the apartment.
