Lots more baseboard heater work today...this is the bathroom heater. If you remember, there were location issues with where the plumbing would come out below so Jim had to do some fancy copper work to be able to have the lines come up and back down through the same general area. The pipe basically had to do a U-turn at one end!
All installed. Now Jim just has to decide how he wants to bring down the plumbing at the other end. The holes are already cut but he still doesn't have a lot of room to work so he's figuring out the best approach.
He got the Pex connections soldered on the down tubes for the heater in the banquette area. You can see he came up with a slightly different way to hold up the connection while he soldered - copper wire.
The finished heater in the banquette...
Jim did more fan work too - he found another cool switch for the living room fan so that required more rewiring. It works much better but there is still a bit of an issue with compatibility with the light fixture. He's going to contact the company. Meanwhile, it works and looks great!
Now that he's a pro on this fan, he put the same model up in the master bedroom. We'll use the remote function in this room.
