Jim did a little more drywall work in the bottom of the stairwell...

Then he started tackling some of our apartment to-do items.  He started with the ceiling fan in the living room.  Our new ladder sure is coming in handy!

Yikes...just a few parts!

As he was working on attaching it, he realized that it only comes with a 4"downrod - we definitely need a longer one so it's on our list to look for at Lowe's.

Jim totally rebuilt the kitchen faucet - works great now with no leaks!  I cleaned it up yesterday so it looks spiffy too.

The bathroom sill is attached - Jim is going to put a coat of polyurethane on it next.

He also got the sill all stained for the laundry room...

The next giant project Jim has to do is to get the plumbing working for the baseboard heaters.  He is connecting the two bedroom heaters together so he had to drill a hole in the wall for the plumbing.

The view from the master bedroom...

Jim wants to do as much soldering as possible in the workshop.  So he got the copper line all figured out and took it down to solder the connections.

Master bedroom is all soldered and the plumbing is through the wall into the second bedroom.

Jim came home a tad early so that we could go to Lowe's.  The door he ordered for the bathroom was supposed to be 32".  They charged him for a 32" door but when Jim looked at it, it was only 30".  So we had to take that back and exchange it as well as picked up a few things we needed.  Then we went into Saratoga Springs to celebrate the week's huge accomplishments with a burger and a beer!
High 79/Low 55 - gorgeous!
