This was kind of a discombobulated day for Jim.  He started the morning doing some desk work and finally pulled the trigger on ordering the water softener!  Of course, ordering things online sometimes requires talking to a real person - especially when it's something giant like a water softener.  We need to know if it will be delivered by freight to the property instead of dropped off at the apartment. 

Then he had to run some errands - he went to the plumbing supply store to look for a vent product.  That turned into a hard project - they didn't stock it and were going to have to check with other stores.  Jim may have to order what he wants online.

He also had to go to Lowe's to get more copper pipe and some different armor cable that he will use to go from the controller to each pump.

Back at the property, he did some investigating on using that armor cable to wire up the pumps which required taking the pump apart.

Then he went up into the apartment and continued sanding - the master bedroom is about 95% done!  Exciting - the living room will be next!

We are once again in the path of a winter storm and are under an advisory for 4-6" tomorrow.  Stay tuned!
