Wow - it was really freezing today - we kept getting wind chill alerts on our phones that said it could get up to -40 degrees. Way too cold! Thanks to our friends and family who checked in on us too! Thankfully, I convinced Jim that we should go to church tonight so that it would be a slightly shorter day for him. We also continue to be grateful that the car starts in this weather and the carriage house continues to hold its heat.
Jim worked on finishing up the insulation in the living room today. So besides the shower wall which we are waiting on, all of the insulation in the apartment is done! That is definitely cause for celebration! As much as Jim got to hate all the insulation work, it sure is paying off now!
He also did some drywall work and started on the right side of the entrance door to the apartment - looks so different!
He did some work on the air vent for the furnace and glued up the pipe he placed yesterday before heading home.
