10.4.2016

Although we did drop the truck off at Angel last night, it was dark.  It was nice to be able to go out today and see that everything was just as we left it - another thing to be very thankful for.

Jim worked on the front this morning - this picture is not the best but Jim got the new soffit installed as well as the freeze board underneath.  He was just making sure everything worked out and things still need to be painted, but it is really a great finishing look.

Jim also got the rest of the framing done for the porthole window.

After lunch, we had to do retrieve a few things from the truck that we left on last night.  Jim will have to come up with a plan on how and what he wants to take out.  Unfortunately, the tools he really wants are at the very back of the truck, so that will require a lot of work to reach.

The rest of the afternoon, Jim focused his attention on all the intricate detail work for the dormer wall area.  Here he's using the new shear to cut an angle piece.

I also moved the painting stations down so that there is room for Jim to get the 4Runner in the shop.  The older one needs some attention before winter so that's another thing on the to do list.
