10.12.2016

Today was just a gorgeous fall day - the leaves are really turning pretty.  This is at the little lake down the street from the property.

This morning, Jim got the next piece of head wall flashing made from the copper and installed on top of the overhang.

Then he put the spacer and starter strip so that he could start working down the row with shingles.

Making great progress...

Time to make flashing for above the top trim on the window.

Putting the flashing in place...

End-of-the-day - really filling in and looking great!

While Jim was working on shingles, I did more painting.  Since the weather was beautiful, I was able to paint outside, in the shop and in the apartment.  Plus I got pallet #8 all unwrapped and separated.

But never fear, Jim brought up pallet #9!

High 65/Low 45 - beautiful!

A big Happy Birthday to Julia - hope it was a great day!!
