Jim did some additional millwork on the sink cabinet base this morning...

He had to transfer all the plumbing markings to the base...

Then kind of a sanity check to make sure the markings were in the right place before he drilled holes...

One of the holes is very close to the edge of the opening for the heater access door, so Jim decided to reinforce the bottom edge and glued another piece underneath...

He also made a special door stop piece to fit behind the face frame of the sink cabinet...

Glueing it on...

All clamped and drying...

After lunch, Jim helped with a rug issue.  I bought rug pads to go underneath our kitchen rugs to protect the floors but the rug kept slipping off.  We bought some heavy duty carpet tape to put on the front edge.  So far so good and the rug is staying put!

In the afternoon, Jim switched to putting up drywall in the metal shop - very exciting!

Fastening it in place using his new cordless drywall gun - sure makes things easier not having to worry about cords!

Cutting out the receptacle on the next piece...

First piece on the front wall...

Next piece up!

J-channel in place and Jim is going back and putting in the rest of the fasteners...
