Jim assembled and glued the door for the access panel in the stairwell...

Sanding the other panel pieces...

A coat of gray around the edges so that no primer shows if they expand or contract once assembled...

A coat of primer on the edges of the frames before assembling...

While everything was drying, Jim continued the caulk work - taping the rest of the shelf area in the stairwell...

Then a bead of caulk...

Looks good!

Then caulking the underneath side of the window sill...

Having to work over the stairs to finish this last section...

Next, Jim put on his mechanic's hat - time to put the snow tires on my car!  There is a big winter storm coming but as of now, the track shows us on the upper edge of it.  NYC may get up to a foot and even Albany may get 9", but we are supposed to get about 3".  Of course, that could change by the time the storm actually gets here Wednesday and Thursday.  But my car will be ready!

Getting all new wiper blades too!

At the end of the day, Jim brought the Mini up to the stairwell entrance and unloaded the new tile saw...

High 25/Low 2 - brr...
