So...Jim spent another day working on water removal and steel fabrication. He actually got the rest of the ceiling joists made as well as some attaching brackets that he will use. So we'll be that much further along when we're ready for that step.
When there's still so much to be done, a rainy day is tough but Jim has really used these last two days to their full advantage.
