Mom had to go to the doctor for a checkup and dressing change - she's healing well. Hopefully, stitches will come out next week.
Jim had been busy doing more project management work - the power trowel he bought for our concrete work continues to be complicated. Hopefully he got that straightened out. However, there is another potential problem - Jim needs to coordinate both gravel and the tool delivery and today the town put up road construction signs on our tiny stretch of road (just us and across the street neighbor). I called the township to see if we could get clarification on their timeframe, but haven't heard back.
Meanwhile, Jim did more hand digging and crumbing of the pavilion floor area...
Continuing to work...
Testing it with our concrete depth block - all is good on this area! The other area is low so that just requires gravel.
I worked on chipping very old concrete off the top of the forms...
The pavilion is looking so different these days - the forms make it look even more like a structure!
Jim wants a bit more dirt for fill in the shed area, plus he wanted to round over the edges of the driveway, so that's a good combination! Starting to dig...
