Hopefully your Friday the 13th wasn't too scary!
Another gorgeous afternoon to work outside - Jim was grading some of the dirt he's dug up over our top area...
Plus he put more dirt on our shed area...
Grading it...
This area is looking fabulous!
Jim said tools can't be cute, but I beg to differ. Look at this tiny level he got to keep in the laser level box! Cute as can be!
We took elevations of the driveway...
And elevations in reference to where Jim wants the concrete level in the pavilion...
Checking more elevations... The driveway area is in pretty good shape and we should be able to order gravel this week!
Before gravel comes, Jim wanted to do a little more crumbing out of the side swell areas to make sure water will flow correctly around the pavilion. We had a couple big rocks stashed at the side too that he brought out...
Then he brought them over to our rock wall areas...

Using the Bobcat to clean out the dirt...
Jim went up to our steel pile and brought down these pieces that he will use for concrete forms. He has a couple of other pieces planned for the short sides as well. Those will need cutting/welding but this steel makes such nice, straight forms.
He also went up to where we are going to store our brick. He pulled a few stumps and did some flattening of the area. When we get gravel, we'll put a base of that down and then set the bricks on it
