Today is a day that we certainly will never forget. Our thoughts and prayers go out to not only those who lost family and friends on this day 23 years ago, but to all of us for a changed world.
Today we are also grateful because Mom had to have surgery on another toe that had an infection that wouldn't heal. She did great and is home recovering! Jim was a huge support to me as well as to Mom, and he helped her navigate the stairs once we got home.
Jim spent time this afternoon working on the base rocks. He wasn't happy with this side, so redid it and it looks fabulous!
He did grass cutting before hopping on the treadmill.
