I really like the way the edge of the driveway grading is coming out. We really need some rain though - it's like walking through a sandy desert on the driveway, plus all that dust gets over the machinery and us!
Jim did some more grading on the shed area...
We picked up rocks that we've gathered along the way and were on the sides of the shed area...
Then Jim went to our top soil pile and brought some back...
He wanted to fill in the side of the area...

Then we brought out the surveyor tape and started working on layouts...
Jim's new power trowel was supposed to come today between noon and 4:00, and they were supposed to give us a heads up before they arrived. Jim had the forks in the driveway ready to go, but about 3:30, we decided to cut up more of our old wood and get the trash ready.
We took the trash down, then came back up and got the forks on, and drove back down. As he drove down, the truck was on the side of the road!

As these things always go, Jim and the delivery driver were just chatting in the street after getting the trowel off the truck, and a FedEx shipping truck pulled in - they brought our new exercise bike!
Jim first brought up the trowel...
Putting it in the auto bay for unpacking and assembly...
Then he went back down and brought up the bike...
Just doing some basic unpacking so we could take a peek - looks amazing! We have lots of concrete in our future so hopefully this will allow Jim and I to do it ourselves.

Looks good but now Jim certainly has a couple more to do items on his list!
