Jim sealed the glass unit in the window today and put the cladding on the outside!  Tomorrow he'll clean up any stray caulk and it will be ready to go in the window and he can think about getting tempered glass for the other one.  Just saved us $300!

Jim did more moulding work this morning - check out how he made the perfect inverse cut to make a beautiful corner!

He also rip cut the panel pieces out of his glued board so the bottom panels are done...

In the afternoon, Jim started measuring the ingredients for the last batch of grout for the stairwell tile...

Wood sill is taped off and Jim is starting to grout...

All done and drying while Jim went out and cleaned the tools...

Time for second cleaning...

Looks beautiful!  I'll do a final cleaning tomorrow - so nice to have this all done!
