Jim got the new piece of glass installed in the bathroom window and then cleaned it up.  Next step was to glue the new moulding pieces on and get them clamped up to dry.  Ironically enough, as Jim was doing this, his brother (who works for Pella Windows) texted him with the estimate for getting a new sash - $400!  We paid $260 for the entire window when we were building - $400 for just one sash is crazy!  So that definitely made Jim feel good about the work he was doing!

Jim is planing wood for the door panel pieces...

Gluing pieces for the two lower panels...

Sometimes the noise I hear from the shop prompts me to come down and see what Jim is up to - he was using the Drill Doctor to sharpen a bit...

Now that the grouting is done on this landing, time to install some moulding!  First the plywood backing piece...

Two layers are now installed - cap moulding is all that's left...
