Jim continued tweaking the tenons on the door, rounding the edges over so that they fit perfectly inside the mortise.

Then it was time to start assembling some of the door!  

In the gluing process.  By the way, Jim is impressed with this low-blocking paint for this purpose.

In the afternoon, Jim finished installing the plywood backing for the baseboards on the upper landing...

Attaching the baseboard to the backing...

Then installing the cap moulding...

This moulding makes this area look so good!  

Unfortunately, Jim has used up his supply of moulding pieces now so it's back to making more pieces.  He cut some plywood pieces...

Then he rounded over the top edge of the baseboard piece and put the relief cuts on the back.  Then it was time for a coat of primer...
