Jim did more work in the wood shop - he switched the sandpaper on the belt sander and used it to do the final planing on the door pieces...
Doing millwork...
I cleaned the floors today after grouting yesterday - they really look beautiful! Probably one more good cleaning in a day or so...
Jim was under my car for just a minute or so when he saw a major issue - this steel strap that holds the gas tank in place rusted through! We would never have known that unless he was underneath it - parts are already on order.
He switched out my winter wheels for my summer ones - so nice to have two sets! Plus, Jim can do this so much easier now.
FedEx brought a new accessory for the car lift to be used for oil changes...
Jim got it all put together - this top oil catch raises up so that he'll be able to easily drain the oil. He'll be trying it out on the Mini soon but he's leaving my car up on the lift until the parts come in and he can make that repair.
High 77/Low 65 - nice! |
