We were grateful that the building again maintained its heat over the cold night. Lows got down into the teens but both utility areas maintained temperatures around 40 degrees.
Jim did some miscellaneous work this morning - putting more insulation around the window in the wood shop, for example. But the bulk of the short day's work was focused on drywall in the apartment. Jim needed a little break from the auto bay work!
Jim already had the side pieces for the master bedroom closet cut - we just had to mark them and then Jim started installing.
Working on the other side...
Doing the inside...
And finally the piece above the door. All of these small pieces require just about the same work as a big piece does so it was nice to get these done - the last drywall in the master bedroom!
Next, Jim trimmed all the edges...
The corner bead is the next task in this room, so Jim got busy installing that.
Putting the corner bead on the top area...
Although he didn't get all the fasteners in, by the time Jim left he had all the corner bead in place in the master bedroom!
