Laying out the last of the tile on the landing...
Mixing up the thin set...
Starting to put down the thin set...
Setting the tile into place...
All done! This space really looks nice with the tile.
Jim had to cut and place one tiny piece of tile to finish the middle landing near the steel runner...
Jim had to do all the clean up and then we did some other type of cleaning and rearranging. Jim moved the excavator bucket to the side of the woods and then moved out some old wood and blocks that we took up to the top of the hill. Jim is going to set his rebar cradles on the blocks so he wanted those in place.
After unloading, we filled the bucket back up with some old plywood pieces that are no longer any good and took them down to the trash can. We were able to get more than half in the can; we'll put the rest in next week. We're going to continue doing this over the summer to get rid of wood that isn't in good shape.
Jim switched and put the forks on the Bobcat and brought it into the auto bay. He needs to get the car lift up off the ground so that he can remove the steel packaging plates on either end.
Lifting it up...
Moving the blocking into place underneath...
