Jim and I celebrated this last night when we were out but he figured out that today is our 1000th day living here in the carriage house!  Amazing!  Time is a funny thing - it's hard to think that we've lived anywhere else; this has always felt like home from the first day.

We've kind of been nursing our cooler along but it intermittently stops working and Jim has to play games to get it working again.  The warranty expires in July so we figured it would be a good idea to put the new circuit board in to make sure that there's nothing else wrong before that expires.  So Jim crawled behind it and started taking the back off.

Jim took a picture of the wiring to make sure there were no questions when he was putting it back together.  But it really amazes me that they expect a homeowner to do this repair!

Jim got it all switched out and did a little vacuuming inside while the back was off.   Fingers crossed that it won't have any more issues.

We were able to walk on our newly-laid tile this afternoon so Jim did the next step and installed the sill.  This is going to look so pretty when it's stained...

I had a big 3000 piece mailing to do today for the fire school.  Once it was done, Jim spent time carrying lots of envelope trays up and down the stairs and loaded them into my car for me!

In between, he continued to do some work on his lift adapter for the Bobcat...

High 66/Low 44 - beautiful!
