Then he used the dado blade on his saw and cut the rest of the grooves in the side panels where the shelves will go...
He wants some heavy duty supports to use to attach these cabinets to the wall so he made those...
In the afternoon, he sharpened up his chain saw so we could do a little more outside work...
We worked in the area behind the turnaround today. Jim really had to work to get the tree separated enough from the pine tree it wrapped itself around so he could even cut it down. He was using a branch to try and pry the tree away from the pine...
Once that was down, he continued cutting more rogue trees in this area...

I worked in this area cutting down tons of thorns - I called Jim in to cut down the trees that were too big to use the shears...
There were a bunch of these dead trees that were bent over but still sort of growing...
This tree is growing very crooked - because these beech are so brittle, it needed to be cut down...
Things look so much better now...
