Kyle and Julia left this morning. It had started snowing earlier so we were glad they got out before it got worse, because it certainly did! The forecast was originally up to 8" but they changed it to a winter storm with up to 14", with another 6-10" in store for Wednesday. When Jim left the property, we already had at least 10". Jim was hoping to avoid plowing because there is still so much ice underneath the snow that he's a bit concerned with how the Bobcat will handle it, but he'll probably have no choice but to spend time on that tomorrow.
Jim put up one of the pieces of drywall that they got cut and brought up yesterday so the stairwell is really looking fabulous!
Then he spent the rest of the afternoon working on plastering. He got the rest of the closet done in the second bedroom and moved on to the kitchen. He got the second coat on all of the screws except for some on the flat ceiling. Making great progress there!
