12.17.2017

It was a short day and another cold one.  Thankfully, the heaters are still maintaining temperatures in the carriage house.

We decided to work on the drywall in the wood shop.  That required Jim to take apart a double light switch, a single light switch and a receptacle.

Then we got the piece carried over and tucked underneath the plumbing and Jim did the beginning cut-outs....

Then he slid it over into place...

It's up with a few fasteners in and Jim is cutting out the boxes...

All up and Jim is rewiring all the boxes...

While he was doing that, I emptied out this cabinet.  In order to continue on with drywall, we're going to have to do some rearranging so the cabinets will go along the side wall.

Jim got the next piece of drywall cut for above the door and started stacking the drywall against the wall.  We're going to move it down about a foot so that we can open these cabinet doors.
