He also took part of the pump manifold down and painted a good portion of the back wall. Once it's dry, he'll reverse all that and paint the remainder.
Since Sundays are short days, we decided to do some outside work this afternoon. Jim got to use his new chain saw for the first time in cutting down this tree that he dragged out of the woods to do the water line trench.
These are huge tree sections but the Bobcat has no issues with them.
Not even with 2 of the tree sections!
Then we went down below to cut the trunk of the big pine tree that fell over the winter.

This area looks so much nicer now and Jim will be able to cut the grass here.
The next job was to bury the cable line over to the cable box. Jim got the excavator out and started digging.
He had to do hand digging by the cable box.

Then he went and got some sand and made a nice bed for the cable line.
All in place and the excess left by the cable box for when they come to connect everything.
A little backfilling and this area looks great!
