It takes Jim over an hour to take one line across this area and fasten all the brackets down!
Fun little Pex grommets to hold the lines in place for the kitchen sink.
Jim also built blocking and attached the water valve box that will service the dishwasher.
In the afternoon, it was back to siding. Putting square cement board siding around a round window is really tough but Jim made it look easy! Because of all the layers, he's really having to go around this window a few times!
He's very grateful he has the electric shear - it's the only way he could cut these curved pieces.
Having to work outside the scaffolding!
The straight pieces seem very easy after working on the round ones!
End-of-the-day shot - looks amazing! Right now, there's lots of caulk (more than a tube so far!) on all the pieces - eventually it will all be painted.
It really makes a difference in how the structure looks - plus, the stairwell takes on a whole different feel with the window there!
