But the rainy skies turned nice in the afternoon and Jim went out and started working on the HydroFoam again since it was dry on the ground floor. He got quite a few big pieces put down. He also decided to use some of the old insulation board to allow us to walk on the foam - it works great.
Then the tedious part of this job set in. Jim had to do lots of precise cuts along the edges of the wall.

Jim had to cut some of the interlocking edges off since he was making custom-size pieces that didn't necessarily have the same edges.
This was a very custom piece - had to go around all the plumbing!
