Today was one of those days where Jim said he felt like he spent more time on the phone and doing errands than anything else - but of course those days are necessary evils.

Since we picked up more paint yesterday, Jim was able to finish painting the table frame parts.  Then he totally took apart this gun and spent a long time getting it cleaned up and in great shape for next time.

In the afternoon, he headed to ABC Roofing to pick up the soffit for the pole barn.  He's been waiting for this - he had hoped it would come in last week.  Not that he was sitting around waiting for it!

He'll have to cut these into 8" sections and then they will fit together and into the flashing he made.  Thankfully, the shear works great to cut these.  Sometimes when it's not a flat piece it's an issue, but it works great.
