I went into Saratoga today to do some grocery errands and pick ups from Lowe's and Home Depot. You know you're in Saratoga in the summer during track season when these are the cars you park between at the local grocery store!
In the afternoon, Jim headed back outside. He brought up the Bobcat with the bucket on to use to reach the front side of the pavilion. Putting up more Z-flashing...
Then it was time to slide on the hip trim...
Moving positions so that he can slide the trim the rest of the way...
Doing some measurements for the bottom Z-flashing...
Jim bought a new angled seaming tool - this will make it easier to hem the flashing...
Putting the rivet at the bottom...
Sliding the trim back into place...
Cutting the Z-flashing for the top of the hip roof...
Fitting the flashing at the top...
Jim also put a coat of paint on the other side of the bracket piece...
Time for church!
