8.17.2024

Today is our 6th year anniversary of our move into the carriage house!   Hard to believe but it's felt like home since day one, and it's just gotten better every year!

Jim started making the drip edge pieces for the package drop box...

Lots of cuts and bends...

Jim really likes the "new" saw.  There are so many different cuts with different sized materials, that it's wonderful he has good tools for making all of them.

More cuts and bending...

Punching attachment holes...

His first job down at the box was to remove all the temporary drip edge and get everything cleaned up...

Putting up the first piece of drip edge...

Putting the front piece on...

Measuring and marking where he wants the panels to go...

Drip edge is all on!

While it's not as convenient to work down here when each piece requires so much custom work, Jim brought his tools down in the 4Runner which worked out.  Plus, it saved walking up and down the driveway multiple times, especially since this is a short work day today.

Once back in the shop, he started work on cutting the panels to size and making the cuts.

Church time!
