Mom had an appointment with the audiologist for a hearing aid check this morning. Afterwards, we did some exploring and visited the Naval Commissary in Saratoga. Mom shopped pretty exclusively at the Commissary at Wright-Patterson AFB when she was in Ohio, so we were curious to see what this one was like.
Jim had been busy while we were gone - he got one of the seat frames painted gray...
As well as the drawer fronts...
Then, 1-1/2 hours of cleaning follows the few minutes of painting...
In the afternoon, it was time to head outside for some more chipping...
Jim had to jump the batter in the chipper but then it ran great. I love how the house looks in the background!
We chipped a couple of the piles behind the turnaround area..
Before heading down the driveway, we cleaned up some of the fallen tree debris in the woods...
This area is looking great too!
Jim finished out the day by doing some grass cutting.
