Jim started his morning by a trip to Tubbs to get the Mini's vehicle inspection. All went well - he chatted with the guy there for awhile. So nice to have made connections in so many places.
Once home, he cut the pieces for the drawer bottoms...
Putting the drawer bottoms through the drum sander to get them to the right thickness...
Bottoms done so time for a coat of polyurethane before attaching the Formica...
Then a coat of polyurethane on the drawer pieces...
Then onto vehicle maintenance. Jim brought the Bobcat into the auto bay. He's going to change the oil, oil filter and air filter.
Starting to drain the oil. It's a slow drain so he's just going to leave it drain overnight.
We need a new battery for the chipper but Jim is trying to limp it along. He put it on the battery charger and then put it in the chipper. It required jumping but ran well. We have lots of branches to chip up so it will be in use soon!
Filling up the mower for the first lawn mowing of the season. It's amazing - we've had rain for a week and you couldn't find a wet spot on the property or driveway!
