I ran into Saratoga today to do some grocery errands.  Jim got all of the hooks bent and finished while I was gone...

He had to spend time cutting the grass today.  We still need rain but it was getting quite long in places.  

This was the plywood and concrete he picked up yesterday...

He went up to the hill and got a pallet, transferred all the concrete to the pallet, and then stored it in the pole barn...

At the end of the day, he headed back to Home Depot for more concrete and the tube we will need to remake the post.
