Jim continued to do the millwork on the package drop box this morning... 

Lots of pieces coming together!

Jim spent a lot of time on the phone this morning - he's hoping to pour concrete in the lean to on Thursday.  He had checked with Kyle to see if he was available to help - it's an area that Jim and I could probably do, but it's always better to have another man!  He had to first see if he could get the power trowel rental - this will be his first experience doing that!  Then he had to see if he could get concrete delivered.  At first, they told them they had no openings but then they put him on hold for over 5 minutes, came back and said they just had a cancelation.  So 1:00 Thursday is concrete time!

He had to clean out the lean to - we carried in the wood siding that he is going to use eventually for barn doors on the lean to...

Using the jointer to make a flat edge to level the gravel inside the lean to...

He put the new screed board on the power screed for the first time - it was a perfect fit and it started right up!

As I'm writing this, Jim is heading to Home Depot to get another round concrete form - the one that we had delivered was smashed during delivery.

High 56.7/Low 41.3 - freeze warning out tonight!
