Jim was able to cut the Formica cut on the back of the paper towel drawer today. He couldn't use his typical hand router on the inside edges so he had to carefully trim them with the table saw.
Then he sanded the rest of the drawer cabinet pieces and put another coat of polyurethane on...
One of those loose ends Jim wanted to finish up was putting the window trim around the dormer window in the stairwell. This was another instance where having the blog came in handy - we were able to find a picture of what it looks like behind the drywall so that Jim knew exactly where he could fasten the trim...
Trim work all done - looks so pretty and finished now (nice view too!).
Jim's going to be transitioning to some drywall finishing work, so he wanted to get the metal J-channel up around the access panels in the wood shop bathroom...
He had to take apart all of the carriage house internet hardware so that he could take this box down and finish that area. He was able to get us back online after he was done!
