Jim was busy making the side panels for the next cabinet today. We had some design discussions this morning before he headed down - it's all very exciting! He had plywood cut already but these front cabinets are much deeper, so he is adding maple pieces to each side for strength when attaching the front and back pieces. He did tongue and groove millwork and then started glueing...
Both panels with one side glued on...
In the afternoon, Jim headed to the metal shop where he wired up another receptacle...
All of the 120V receptacles are now live.
He got the last section of drywall attached next to the beam and then did the corner bead...
Just a few pieces of drywall left - enough to finish off the bathroom in the wood shop. So Jim carried it upstairs...
Going around the corners is a bit challenging! Now it's all stored in the shop ready to put up whenever he's ready for that.
At the end of the day, he decided to move the treadmill the other direction and then got the cover on the Mini - it's all tucked in, safe and sound, until spring!
