When Jim opened the stairwell doors, you could see all the snow that had blown up against the doors.
Now that Jim knew the code for the smoke detectors, he could work on placing and wiring them. This is the location inside the door of the second bedroom; he got the one done in the master bedroom also.
This is the hallway location. Jim needs more boxes before he can continue on but he was able to get all the wire to these 3 boxes.
He then worked on more cabinet blocking in the kitchen - these look simple but require so much work get them all sized, to cut the groove to fit the flange, and countersink the screws. This whole side of the kitchen is done for the bottom of the upper cabinets.
Jim then turned so attention to insulation. This is a tough area to work in because there is the end blocking every 16". You can imagine how hard it was for him to get the baffle tucked in the very bottom corner!
Then he got the rest of the baffles cut and installed for the end...
And got more insulation put in...
