But that doesn't mean he wasn't working - in fact, he got a major block checked. All of the hallway lighting circuit is done and operational! This was a really tough wiring job because we wanted the hallway lights to be able to be switched on when you first come in the apartment as well as when you come out of the bedrooms. So that required a 3-way switch, which means thicker wire, more wires in the fixtures, and more work. Plus Jim had to run wire above the doors and had to do lots of detail work and drilling. Then he had to get all of that wired into the breaker box.
He said it was exciting at the end of the day to be able to just flip a switch as he was walking out of the apartment to turn off the light!
