Jim headed outside after lunch to investigate the holes. He knew there would be lots of crumbing in his future! We first put stakes in and put string up so he could see what needed to be done...

Doing more stringing so that we could measure diagonals and make sure the site is square, as well as hole placement.
Continuing to measure...
Once Jim was happy, time to crumb the holes. He had to get the shears to cut roots...
Plenty of post hole digging...
Everything is done - we will doublecheck measurements tomorrow, but for now, all the holes are in good shape and covered...
