Jim did some prep work in the morning, getting tools ready for the next job - our steel roofing. Drip edge will be first, so he brought the bundle inside...
Marking where he wants to put fasteners...
Then punching holes in those spots. This drip edge is thicker steel than what Jim typically uses, so having the holes will make fastening it easier.
Jim also brought down scaffolding and placed it around the pavilion. In the afternoon, we headed outside to set it up...
Working on slopes to set up scaffolding is never easy - Jim is clearing an area so that he can put blocking underneath...
Back scaffolding set up - Jim will probably put a small section on top later...
Jim went to the pole barn and brought down more platforms to use. Then he did some grass cutting to finish off the work day.
