The Belmont Stakes is being held in our fair city this weekend, with the race being held this evening. 50,000 people were expected to come into the city, which considering the population is at 28,000, is crazy! The weather is gorgeous too - cool and sunny.
Jim worked in the metal shop this morning and then we headed outside in the afternoon. Jim wanted to get the top soil pile all moved today...

The pile is getting really large but it's so nice here, tucked out of the way.
