The chipper saga is officially over - well, as long as it mates up with the new plate and works well! But all the issues we had are officially resolved.
Jim cleaned the cart this morning to get it ready for painting...Looks so good!
He plans on spraying the top side tomorrow, so he doesn't have to take the sprayer completely apart, but still has to do quite a bit of cleaning...
Jim did grass cutting after the clean up. When he put the mower back in the lean to, he took a peek at the bird nest - empty!
But once he looked a little closer, there were 3 birds sitting on the trim pieces away from the next. They flew away but this one bird didn't seem to be able to fly quite as well. He flew but not real far. Jim's a little worried that the mother may not be able to find it now, but hopefully all will work out. He is continuing to leave the door open for now. The bird looks kind of big in this picture, but Jim said it's only about 3".
High 75/Low 57.4 - beautiful! |
